Strategy Director - Hybrid US Growth Leader

Born Social US is seeking its first Strategy Director on the ground in the US to lead and deliver pitch work in partnership with our VP of New Business and Chief Creative Officer. You will also guide high‑profile, award‑winning work for diverse brands, leveraging the UK strategy backbone for global scale.

You’ll build and lead a high‑performing strategy team, nurture senior client relationships, and drive growth while maintaining our performance‑driven, collaborative culture in a hybrid US
