Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead/Senior Consultant to spearhead the digital strategy and growth initiatives for some of our most prestigious clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital landscape and have a proven track record in leading the strategy on complex, high-impact content and commerce projects that deliver measurable business results by working alongside our client project teams to deliver analysis, configuration, or optimization initiatives.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital, working for a systems integrator, brand or retailer, with a focus on strategy and growth and demonstrable hands‑on delivery.
- Extensive knowledge of eCommerce platforms, content platforms, digital marketing, data analytics and AI, and customer experience optimization.
- Strong client management skills with a proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
