Direct Hire

The Manager of New Guest Acquisition is responsible for driving first-time visitation, ticket revenue, and top-of-funnel demand across the portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of pricing, product, marketing, analytics, and distribution, guiding strategies that maximize conversion, yield, and customer acquisition efficiency (CAC).

You will play a critical role in shaping how we attract new guests, optimize ticket and offer strategy, and manage third-party reseller channels to expand reach and capture incremental demand. The role will balance direct and third-party distribution while creating pathways to convert first-time visitors into long-term Season Pass and Membership holders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inform new guest acquisition strategy across daily tickets, Season Passes, Memberships, and entry-level offers
  • Design and refine ticket products, bundles, and limited-time offers
  • Develop entry-price architecture that drives traffic while enabling trade-up into higher-value products and passes
  • Partner with lifecycle teams to create seamless progression from first visit into Season Passes and Memberships
  • Test and scale behaviorally informed pricing, promotion, and messaging strategies
  • Own ticket merchandising across digital channels, including web, app, CRM, and third-party platforms
  • Partner with marketing to align creative, messaging, and targeting with pricing and acquisition strategy
  • Support regional teams with acquisition best practices and scalable frameworks

Third-Party Reseller & Distribution Management

  • Manage strategy and performance across third-party resellers, affiliates, OTAs, and other distribution partners
  • Identify new reseller and distribution opportunities that expand reach and generate incremental visitation
  • Develop channel-specific product, pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies
  • Establish pricing and promotional guardrails that balance reseller competitiveness with protection of direct-channel economics
  • Monitor reseller performance across revenue, volume, yield, mix, and acquisition efficiency
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to improve product placement, merchandising, and conversion
  • Evaluate the role of third-party channels within the overall acquisition funnel, including opportunities to convert reseller guests into direct, repeat, Season Pass, or Membership customers

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience within Revenue Management and Member Success
