Driving financial planning and strategic analyses, the full-time remote Strategy and Operations Manager will partner with cross-functional leaders to enhance operational processes and support the growth of an embedded finance platform. Key responsibilities Manage financial forecasting and reporting processes, including revenue, expense, and cash flow Lead strategic analyses for pricing, go-to-market ROI, and new product launches Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to build credibility and drive operational improvements Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a high-growth SaaS startup or similar tech environment Strong financial modeling skills with experience in building and iterating forecasts Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Looker Experience with AI tools and a proactive approach to integrating them into workflows Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses with actionable recommendations
