Strategy and Operations Manager

To accelerate the expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare, the full-time remote Strategy and Operations Manager will lead efforts to scale in-person psychiatry services, establish provider acquisition channels, and maintain regulatory compliance across target markets. Key responsibilities Lead the scaling of in-person psychiatry services and develop a robust office safety and suitability program Partner with supply teams to design compelling value propositions and craft demand generation strategies Take ownership of new high-impact initiatives as the in-person care model evolves Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, or analytical roles at a top-tier consulting firm or high-growth technology company 2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience querying data and building financial or operational models Proven ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise summaries tailored for various audiences Experience in strategy development and turning business problems into actionable plans
