Strategy and Operations Manager

To support the scaling of DoorDash's LCSP program, the full-time remote Strategy and Operations Manager will build the Account Management function, oversee partner onboarding, and develop strategies for managing business partners effectively. Key responsibilities Establish and manage the Account Management framework for LCSP, including partner health and performance incentives Develop strategies for sourcing, onboarding, and ramping partners as the program scales Act as the primary liaison for LCSP entrepreneurs post-launch, collaborating with operators on performance and business health Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments such as tech, fintech, or consulting Proven ability to manage business partners and leverage their insights for improvement Experience in structuring undefined problems and utilizing data for decision-making (proficiency in SQL/Excel) Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prioritize in zero-to-one environments Capability to navigate between high-level strategy and detailed execution while taking ownership of outcomes
