Strategy & Operations Director, Global CommerceDallas, Texas, United StatesAbout the RoleWe're looking for a strategic and operational leader to help drive growth across Crunchyroll's Global Commerce business. As Strategy & Operations Director, Global Commerce, you'll serve as a trusted partner to the Executive Vice President of Global Commerce and Vice President of Strategy & Development, helping shape priorities, accelerate execution, and support decision-making across a diverse portfolio that includes consumer products, retail partnerships, licensing, apparel, home goods, theatrical, and emerging business opportunities.This role sits at the center of the Global Commerce organization. You'll help evaluate new opportunities, drive critical initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable business outcomes.
