This is a cross-functional role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving logistical puzzles, and is excited to support a mission-driven team.You'll work closely with our clinical, client success, and leadership teams to ensure day-to-day operations are efficient, reliable, and scalable.ResponsibilitiesResearch new verticals, market size and competitive landscape to enable successful market entry and prioritizationSet up and monitor key internal systems to ensure that the organization is prepared to launch and expand new verticalsCoordinate between internal stakeholders across product, clinical operations, and growth to ensure readiness for new vertical launchDocument repeatable processes and propose improvements as we growHelp build internal dashboards and trackers to monitor progressSupport special projects (e.g. expanding insurance contracts, onboarding new providers)Pitch in wherever needed—this is a startup and we all roll up our sleevesQualifications2–4 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or early stage startup operationsOrganized and proactive—you anticipate needs before they ariseComfortable working in spreadsheets, tools like Airtable or Notion, and willing to learn new tech quicklyA clear and professional communicator (email, Zoom, Slack)Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving mindsetExperience in a self-starting, small team environment5 days a week in San FranciscoCompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $115,000-135,000.
