If you're ready to use your skills to drive lasting change and help more people access the care they deserve, we'd love to meet you.About the RoleAs a member of the Growth Strategy team, you'll drive Charlie Health's national expansion by owning territory design, hiring strategy, and account assignment for our Outreach team, while also supporting planning needs across Community Engagement as part of the broader sales organization.
This role is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with Outreach leadership and Talent Acquisition to determine where to hire, how many roles to open each month, and what types of Outreach reps are best suited for each market based on data and growth objectives.You'll also lead territory builds, support regional reshuffling, and work with the broader team to ensure accounts are assigned efficiently. As new roles become available, you'll coordinate their release in a timely, strategic way to keep pace with company growth OKRs.In addition to these responsibilities, you'll support broader Growth Strategy initiatives related to market expansion, workforce planning, and operational efficiency across the Outreach organization.
