Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Strategy and Innovation Analyst will identify operational inefficiencies, evaluate strategic initiatives, and implement scalable business solutions while collaborating with company leadership and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Redesign data ingestion processes for commission and revenue data from multiple suppliers Investigate, reconcile, and resolve commission discrepancies, prioritizing issues based on financial impact Lead initiatives from discovery through implementation, analyzing data and building business cases for strategic opportunities Required qualifications 1-4 years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, engineering, operations, or finance Quantitative degree preferred Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Python are a plus Demonstrated curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for using AI tools Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
