Job Description & Summary – At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyse market trends, assess business opportunities, develop strategic frameworks, and help clients navigate complex transactions to maximise value and achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities

• Advise Private Equity investors in SaaS & software businesses.
• Unlock growth opportunities through due diligence.
• Lead transformational initiatives to improve technical scalability.
• Drive impact in technology strategy and software development.
• Oversee multiple projects, confirming top‑quality delivery.
• Maintain executive‑level client relationships.
• Mentor and develop future leaders.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer and Information Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.

Additional Information

Travel Requirements: Up to 40%.

Salary Range: $155,000 – $410,000 (actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable employment laws). All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
