Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Strategy Analyst V, California will support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy through data analysis, performance monitoring, and business insights, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness. Key responsibilities: Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations for risk capture accuracy and regulatory compliance Manage and execute projects by establishing objectives, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and outcomes Foster strategic partnerships across organizational lines to navigate stakeholder needs and communicate strategic issues and recommendations effectively Required qualifications: Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, consulting, or strategy development Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scope strategic projects, or ten (10) years in a directly related field Experience working in a large matrixed organization is preferred
