To support Health Plan Risk Adjustment strategy, the full-time salaried Strategy Analyst V, California will analyze data, monitor performance, and provide business insights to enhance operational excellence and compliance readiness while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Conducts complex data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving risk capture accuracy and regulatory compliance Partners with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and drive project execution for optimal program outcomes Facilitates process improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and adapting processes to enhance ROI and service quality Required qualifications: Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management, strategy development, or a related field Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or a related field Minimum seven (7) years of experience in strategic planning or execution of large-scope strategic projects Experience in a large matrixed organization is preferred
