Translate enterprise-level strategy into tailored insights and recommendations for individual business units.
Facilitate structured discussions and workshops with cross‑functional global teams.
Develop business cases, sensitivity analyses, and scenario models to evaluate strategic options, investments, and inorganic growth opportunities.
Support assessment of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances, including strategic rationale, market attractiveness, and financial implications.
Synthesize complex financial and strategic data into clear, concise recommendations for executive audiences.
Create high‑quality presentations, reports, and visualizations for senior leadership, including briefings and decision memos.
Communicate strategic narratives using data, visuals, and structured logic to drive alignment and decision‑making.
Develop analytical tools, dashboards, and visual frameworks to enhance internal deliverables and support recurring business needs.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance strategy and analytics processes. Apply consulting‑style best practices to improve the rigor, speed, and consistency of strategic work products.
Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 12+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10+ years’ experience.
Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a closely related strategic role.
Prior experience in a top‑tier consulting firm and/or an internal corporate strategy organization, with demonstrated use of structured strategic decision‑making frameworks.
Recent, direct experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with an understanding of market structure, key customers, and competitive dynamics.
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to lead multiple workstreams and deliver high‑quality outputs under tight timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and collaborating with cross‑functional global teams.
Hands‑on experience with data analysis, research, and visualization, including business case development, market assessments, and sensitivity analysis.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
