The City of Overland Park is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner in the Human Resources Department. Onsite only, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
You will recruit, screen, interview and recommend candidates for exempt and non-exempt City positions, coordinate pre-employment tests, extend offers, and conduct new hire orientation while staying current on employment laws and city policies.
