Founders Pledge is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume hiring across the organisation, including Operations, Research, and Member Experience. You’ll manage multiple live roles, often across the US, UK, and Germany, and report to the People Director in a small team.
You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner with the Comms team to showcase life at Founders Pledge. This role is based in NYC with hybrid office requirements.
