Master's Degree, NAPM (APP, CPM) or APICS (CPIM, CIRM) certification preferred.Minimum 5 years of broad sourcing leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization, across a multi-location or global business.Managed at least $30M+ in annualized spend in direct materialsStrong track record of financial data analysis, budget planning, inventory management, driving procurement strategies and reducing overall material costs.Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with experience in communicating and working with a remote staff.Proven results in managing and developing talent.Willing to travel, primarily domestic, occasionally international.Compensation Information:This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, market level, other job-related factors, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
