Key Responsibilities for the Strategic Sourcing Manager:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for goods and services.
- Lead supplier evaluations, selection processes, and contract negotiations.
- Manage vendor relationships and build strategic supplier partnerships.
- Establish supplier scorecards, KPIs, and performance measurement programs.
- Forecast demand and support procurement planning activities.
- Drive category management and cost reduction initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications for the Strategic Sourcing Manager:
- Experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
- Leadership experience within procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Background in industrial, agricultural, rental equipment, pump, or related industries.
- Proven success negotiating supplier contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of cost reduction and sourcing optimization initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
