Key Responsibilities for the Strategic Sourcing Manager:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for goods and services.
• Lead supplier evaluations, selection processes, and contract negotiations.
• Manage vendor relationships and build strategic supplier partnerships.
• Establish supplier scorecards, KPIs, and performance measurement programs.
• Forecast demand and support procurement planning activities.

Qualifications for the Strategic Sourcing Manager:

• Experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Leadership experience within procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Background in industrial, agricultural, rental equipment, pump, or related industries.
• Proven success negotiating supplier contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated track record of cost reduction and sourcing optimization initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
