We're partnering with a growing financial technology company seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead technology and SaaS sourcing, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement program development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
- Experience sourcing technology, SaaS, enterprise software, or IT services.
- Proven success negotiating commercial contracts and delivering measurable cost savings.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, pricing models, and supplier management.
- Experience with spend analysis, cost modeling, and procurement reporting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Drive cost savings through competitive sourcing, vendor consolidation, and contract optimization.
- Develop and improve procurement policies, processes, and approval workflows.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, contract renewals, and commercial obligations.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Information Security, and business leaders to support procurement decisions and mitigate vendor risk.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries.
- Experience building or transforming procurement programs.
