About the Role

The Senior Sourcing & Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies for Professional Services (Consulting, Recruitment and Legal Services). This role requires a forward-thinking and results-oriented professional with deep expertise in market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and strategic negotiations. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver measurable value, foster innovation, and build strong cross-functional partnerships to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sourcing, procurement, or category management
• 3–5 years managing consulting and legal services categories

Key Activities

• Negotiating MSAs or SOWs with major firms
• Leading sourcing for Big Four consulting engagements
• Spend optimization in consulting categories
