To support talent acquisition efforts, the full-time Strategic Sourcer will create and execute sourcing strategies, manage talent attraction initiatives, and build talent pipelines while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to develop talent pipelines for critical roles Utilize market intelligence and data to inform and enhance sourcing strategies Proactively source passive candidates through advanced search techniques and maintain candidate engagement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Extensive experience in a strategic sourcing role, preferably in pharmaceutical operations/manufacturing Progressive CRM experience preferred Proven ability to create and execute talent strategies for critical roles Experience with innovative search techniques, including SeekOut or LinkedIn Insights
