DescriptionKforce has a client in need of a Strategic Project Manager in Fort Washington, PA.Responsibilities:* Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives* Partner with business stakeholders to define objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics* Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies* Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful execution* Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making discussions* Prepare presentations, status reports, business cases, and executive communications* Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution* Support implementation, business readiness, operational readiness, and change management activities* Monitor program progress and drive accountability for key deliverables and outcomes* Contribute to continuous improvement and organizational initiatives as neededRequirements* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience* Project management certification is a plus* 7+ years of project management, program management, or business transformation experience* Experience leading large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams* Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills* Experience supporting executive leadership and governance processes* Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Experience with change management, process improvement, or operational transformation initiativesJob TypeContractCompensation70 - $80
