Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time Associate Vice President, Strategic Planning will partner with enterprise leaders to develop and implement strategic business plans, employing industry best practices and market intelligence while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of strategic planning capabilities and methodologies within the organization Collaborate with executive leaders to create integrated roadmaps that align functional plans with the enterprise strategy Drive complex strategic planning projects, managing multiple initiatives and ensuring effective communication of strategic plans Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field from an accredited institution Minimum of 10 years of experience in health systems management, business planning, and/or strategic planning Experience in cross-functional leadership and program management within complex organizations Familiarity with academic medical health system operations and strategic planning processes Demonstrated executive presence and sophisticated communication skills
