Strategic People Partner for Corporate Teams

Flow is seeking a high-visibility People Business Partner to partner with corporate leaders across functions, levels, and locations. You’ll move seamlessly between strategy and execution, coaching managers, leading employee relations, and driving People initiatives as Flow scales.

You’ll use data to inform decisions, collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, and Legal, and help shape organization design, workforce planning, and culture. Remote and in-office teams across the U.S.
