Strategic Ops Leader for School Safety and Crisis Readiness

The Maryland Center for School Safety seeks a Director of Operations (Program Manager IV) to join the Executive Team and report directly to the Executive Director. You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the agency’s Training and Certification, Prevention and Intervention, and Safe Schools Maryland tipline.

You will ensure compliance with school safety mandates, lead emergency readiness and incident response, and manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and
