Strategic Mid-Level Giving Director

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is seeking a Mid-Level Giving Associate Director to lead a portfolio of donors giving $5,000–$24,999 annually. The role drives philanthropic revenue, retention, and engagement, coordinating with Marketing, frontline fundraisers, and senior leadership for a seamless donor experience.

The position oversees qualification, segmentation, and moves management using Salesforce, while mentoring the mid-level team and managing third-party vendors for program effectiveness.
