Strategic M&A & IPO Advisory Director

Arrow Search Partners is looking for an experienced accounting professional to lead client engagements and advisory services on transactions. This role includes reviewing financial statements, developing financial models, and managing client relationships.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and preferably a CPA, with 8-12 years of relevant experience in public accounting or advisory roles. The salary range for this position is between $165,000 and $225,000.
