The Associate Dean for Collaborative Excellence at Yale School of Medicine will lead the strategic deployment of resources across the Office of Collaborative Excellence (OCE) and collaborate with leaders across YSM, GSAS, and BBS to advance programs that foster belonging, retention, and leadership development.
