Sharing Excess is seeking an HR Generalist, Recruiting to lead full-cycle recruitment across all hubs and departments, from warehouse roles to program leadership. You will also cover core HR tasks such as onboarding, HRIS updates, and compliance as needed.
In this role, you will partner with hiring managers, craft interview plans, source local candidates, and ensure an engaging candidate experience that reflects our mission and culture. Occasional travel to hub locations is expected.
