Strategic HR Partner - Hybrid (Payroll Focus)

Oak Harbor Freight Lines, Inc. in Auburn, WA is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to align HR programs with the company vision and culture. The role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, handles employee relations, benefits, safety, and onboarding, and ensures policy compliance across states.

You will train and coach teams, analyze HR data, and drive engagement initiatives while supporting payroll and regulatory requirements. This position is on-site four days per week.
