Strategic HR Director — Independent Banking Leader

Grand Bank for Savings, FSB is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to guide and administer the bank's HR function. This role serves as the primary HR professional, partnering with executive management to support the bank's mission, culture, and regulatory obligations.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training, policy administration, and governance while independently managing day-to-day HR operations.
