Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the role guides strategy, risk, and compliance across product development, manufacturing, sales, and distribution.
You will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, manage outside counsel, and advise on governance, IP, and regulatory matters to enable business growth while controlling risk.
