Sightline seeks a Director of Development to lead our fundraising efforts and steward a portfolio of key donors. You will work with the ELT to align fundraising with ministry priorities and oversee all donor programs, campaigns, and donor events.
You will oversee a development team, manage budgets, and partner with external agencies as needed to maximize impact for Cru and Sightline’s mission.
