Leading the development and execution of long-term financial strategies, the remote VP of Strategic Finance will architect financial models, conduct M&A analysis, and implement new business models while partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead the creation of 3-5 year long-range financial models to inform capital allocation and business priorities Establish top-down financial targets for annual planning cycles, aligning strategic goals with financial outcomes Partner with executive leadership to develop comprehensive business cases for strategic initiatives, including financial analysis and risk assessment Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred Minimum of 12 years of progressive finance experience in enterprise SaaS companies, with substantial FP&A and strategic finance responsibility Demonstrated expertise in subscription and consumption-based business models, including key SaaS metrics Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex models for strategic analysis Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align financial strategy with business objectives
