Strategic Finance Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing consumer-focused company to hire a Strategic Finance Manager. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys combining FP&A, financial modeling, business analytics, and strategic partnership.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to help drive forecasting, planning, and key business decisions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own sales, margin, and OPEX forecasting
• Lead financial modeling and business trend analysis
• Manage KPI reporting and monthly forecasts
• Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Commerce, and Accounting
• Support annual planning and long-term financial strategy
• Prepare financial projections and materials for senior leadership and Board presentations
• Support strategic initiatives, including M&A
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and workflows

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of finance experience
• Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Investment banking experience is a plus
• Looker and/or SQL exposure is a plus
