LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing consumer-focused company to hire a Strategic Finance Manager . This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys combining FP&A, financial modeling, business analytics, and strategic partnership
You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to help drive forecasting, planning, and key business decisions.
What you'll be doing:
- Own sales, margin, and OPEX forecasting
- Lead financial modeling and business trend analysis
- Manage KPI reporting and monthly forecasts
- Partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Commerce, and Accounting
- Support annual planning and long-term financial strategy
- Prepare financial projections and materials for senior leadership and Board presentations
- Support strategic initiatives, including M&A
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and workflows
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of finance experience
- Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Investment banking experience is a plus
- Looker and/or SQL exposure is a plus
