Own and continuously improve Stedi's company financial model, including revenue, expenses, headcount, and long-range forecasting. Build the metrics, models, and reporting infrastructure used to understand business performance with high accuracy. What You'll Do: Own annual planning and ongoing forecasting processes, developing assumptions that reflect how the business operates. Develop reporting that explains performance against plan, including revenue growth, gross margin, and operating expenses. Who You Are: 4+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or consulting, with startup experience. Exceptional financial modeling skills and technical proficiency, using automation and AI to build scalable financial systems.
