Strategic Employee Relations Partner

Snap Inc. in New York is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to join the People Team from our New York office.

You will conduct investigations into discrimination, harassment and retaliation, manage accommodation processes, assist with handbook updates, and help build compliant ER programs. This role partners with ER leadership to train, measure outcomes, analyze trends, and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information across a global workforce.
