Strategic Director, Securities & Corporate Counsel

N-able seeks a Director of Securities and Corporate Counsel based in the Burlington, MA area. This role leads global securities law matters, advises the board and executive team, and partners with Finance, Tax, and Corporate Development on corporate governance and M&A.

You will shape policy, oversee SEC filings, and manage outside counsel for major strategic transactions. The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctor and 5–7 years of relevant experience, plus strong writing and negotiation skills.
