Strategic Director, Risk & Claims Management

Pike Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Director of Risk and Claims to lead in-house claims staff, coordinating with finance, operations, brokers, insurers, and adjusters while overseeing workers’ compensation, general liability, automobile liability, and related programs.

You will prepare loss analyses and budgets, manage litigation, negotiate resolutions, and develop risk management standards to support contracts across the business. This role reports to the Associate General Counsel.
