Strategic Director, Payroll & Tax Implementation

Justworks is seeking a Director of Payroll and Tax Implementation to lead strategic payroll tax operations, delivering scalable compliance and seamless client migrations. You will partner with Sales, Compliance, and Product to translate regulatory requirements into efficient, revenue-driving workflows.

You will build and scale teams, drive governance across multi-state payrolls, and ensure high data integrity while enabling rapid growth for our customers and internal stakeholders.
