Strategic Director of Payroll & Compliance

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Director of Payroll to lead our payroll function. You will ensure accurate, timely processing and compliance across all states, partnering with HR, Finance, and Operations to optimize payroll systems and controls.

You will supervise staff, manage vendor relationships, and drive improvements in payroll accuracy and reporting. This role reports to the Vice President of Finance and carries an exempt, high-responsibility remit.
