Citeline, part of Norstella, is looking for an Account Director to grow and maintain an existing CRO client base remotely across the US. You will renew, expand long-term partnerships, and serve as a trusted advisor to client leaders, aligning Citeline’s data and AI solutions with their business priorities.
In this role, you will own strategic account plans, collaborate with Product Success, Analytics, and Sales teams, and use SFDC to manage pipeline and forecasts.
