Strategic Corporate Counsel - M&A & Global Growth

Harvey is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support rapid growth, handling complex corporate matters including M&A, securities, governance, and entity management. You will build scalable processes and partner cross-functionally to enable business expansion.

This role requires a JD with bar admission in CA or NY, 3–6+ years in corporate law, and experience with fast-growing tech companies (in-house preferred). You will work across Finance, People, and Operations in a fast-paced environment.
