Brex is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support all aspects of the company's commercial legal efforts. You will draft and negotiate customer agreements and various inbound contracts, partnering with sales, deal desk, and other revenue teams to close deals efficiently while protecting Brex's interests.
You will also advise on contract terms, risks, and opportunities, and help refine contracting playbooks and workflows across cross-functional partners, including procurement, privacy, and security.
