Strategic Client Services Director

Gallagher is seeking a seasoned Client Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for complex client accounts. You will lead client-facing meetings, align resources, and drive retention and renewal opportunities while balancing client needs with profitability.

Requires strong relationship management, deep insurance knowledge, and the ability to work independently. Travel to client sites is expected as part of this role.
