Strategic BU Controller — Finance & Compliance

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Business Unit Controller for our Menlo Park, CA office. This dynamic role leads all accounting and controls for a growing business with over $1 billion in annual revenue, directing a team of 10–15 staff including 3 direct reports.

Responsibilities include monthly closes under GAAP, revenue recognition, internal controls, and collaboration with outside auditors, with a focus on productivity and automation across the finance function.
