Strategic BD Director, U.S. Army – Remote Eligible

Motorola Solutions, including Silvus Technologies, seeks a Director of Business Development for the U.S. Army.

You will lead long‑term horizon scanning, guide multi‑year pursuits, and shape requirements with customers and partners to position MN‑MIMO solutions for major DoD programs. You will build and sustain executive relationships with Army offices, primes, and end users, coordinating across teams to win complex opportunities while navigating regulatory and acquisition processes.
