Strategic AVP, Cards & Payments Operations

Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union is seeking an Associate Vice President, Cards & Payments Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for the credit union’s cards and payments functions across consumer, business, and commercial channels. This role drives operational excellence, process optimization, vendor management, and outstanding member service.

You will develop and execute the operational strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, establish scalable processes, mitigate
