Strategic AVP, Branches – Western Region Leader

Gesa Credit Union seeks an AVP of Branches – Western Region to lead branches, coach market managers, and promote strong member relationships. You will drive service standards, sales initiatives, and operational excellence while guiding strategy across multiple markets in the western region.

The role requires heavy leadership, collaboration with internal partners, and a focus on community engagement. Bachelor’s degree and retail banking experience preferred.
